This includes leadership development, psychosocial support, and practical skills that enable individuals to better understand themselves and respond to challenging realities.<br \/><b><i>Through structured training programs and experiential learning, participants gain skills and tools such as:<\/i><\/b><\/p><ul><li>Conscious breathing<\/li><li>Mindfulness practices<\/li><li>Body\u2013mind awareness techniques<\/li><li>Emotional regulation and self-awareness<\/li><li>Leadership and communication skills<\/li><\/ul><p>These approaches are implemented through initiatives such as Inner Stillness and Art &amp; Sumud, which integrate creative expression with trauma-informed practices. Through arts, storytelling, and reflective processes, participants explore their experiences, strengthen resilience, and build a deeper sense of connection to themselves and their communities.<br \/>This pillar supports individuals and communities in developing the inner capacity to navigate adversity, while fostering constructive engagement, creativity, and
